Deceitful and incompetent.

Said they left a card twice, which they did not do. Used their website to tell them I'd collect the parcel at their depot. Received an acknowledgement of this fact from their website. When I went to the depot, was left hanging around for half an hour, then told that they had sent the parcel back to the sender.

Worthless clowns. You'd have better luck getting your parcel in a timely fashion if the sender just left it by the side of the road, address side up and hoped passing strangers might kick it in the general direction of it's destination.
