Over promise and under deliver
Carphonewarehouse over promise and under deliver.
Ordered mobile phone to pick up in shop.
The 'phone was meant to arrive in shop the next day.
No call from shop.
Tracked package - item actually arrived at shop 2 days later - still no call.
Called at shop - package was there (opened by assistant) but I was told I couldn't take it because 'systems were down'.
Frustrated but asked them to call me later in the day to update me on situation.
No call.
Cancelled the order and lodged complaint.
Website states they will respond to complaints within 48 hours.
Still no reponse.
My first sentence sums up my experience.

Inexpensive doesn't mean cheap
Cycling shorts arrived - inexpensive but very good quality.
Arrived sooner than expected (puts national chains to shame!)
Will be ordering further items in the near future.
