It really does work if you do right. I was a late night eater and with the help of pure green coffee bean i am not now. when I say late night eater I mean a full meal at 1 or 2 in the morning. I've even lost my craving for a lot of sweets. I recommend any one needing help with weight issues just try it. trying it won't hurt you. And trying it for yourself is the real only way to know for yourself.
