Checked my 2 sons and their bags in for their flight, but stopped them boarding as they were delayed by a 15 minute search in security (which failled to find any problem) even though the flight doors were still open and staff moving on and off the plane. They then watched for 10 minutes while their bags were found in the planes luggage and removed from the plane and were still stopped from boarding! Subsequent problems ensued but Ryanair failed to respond or show any help or reply to numerous e mails and phone calls.
Order was placed specifying delivery to my place of work as delivering to my home address is awkward for me and the internet order form allowed me to do this. I was subsequently given a phone message and told it was not possible to deliver to my work address even though I could show clear evidence that this was not a fradualent request. 3 days wasted while this was sorted out and then order cancelled and then placed through Amazon to deliver to me at work without any problem.
