Good search engine
This is my default search engine - if I want to know anything I just google it - brilliant

So far, so good
The good thing about ebay is that people have a template to follow which gives you better more detailed information about the product on sale. Bought my fire surround by a business seller who was exceptional and bought the item to my door - just wish I could remember who it was because I now require soemthing else from him. Only issue is when selling its a complex thing.

Excellent Service
Never had an issue with Paypal - I feel confident using them to pay for items. If there is any issues they are prompt at solving the situation.

Good but slight worries
Generally the speed of shipment is great and free for the most. Only one issue was when I wanted to return something that was faulty the second time of use and because it was after a certain number of days they werent keen to take it back - saying that they would make an exception on this occasion!! Hang on it was faulty and therefore not fit for purpose. That experience has unnerved me slightly
Easy Wellies
Excellent first class service
I ordered basic Hunter Balmoral wellies when I should have ordered Neoprene lined Balmoral wellies. Spoke with a lovely lady and she explained to me about Carbon Lined wellies compared. The change over was a straight forward swap system, fast and efficient.
Love my wellies, as you can guess they havent been off my feet this summer!!!!
