Consistently good again and again

I have been using your Goodprint services for years now and the only reason is because of the quality of your products and the speed of your service.

If there was just ONE thing I would do to make it even better is to introduce an edit within 24hours (or less) function.

I have in the past ordered business cards and realised a small typo error and despite my phone calls and pleading to change this, having been told it is not possible have had to swallow the cost of buying everything again and throwing away the bad version when I arrived.
