POWERHOUSE FITNESS ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT IDIOTS ON THE PLANET! I ORDERED A TRAP BAR FROM THEM AND THEY SENT A DEFECTIVE RUSTY PIECE OF SCRAP METAL. I COMPLAINED AND THEY OFFERED A £10 REFUND SO I TOLD THEM TO COLLECT THIS RUBBISH AND REPLACE IT WITH A NEW BAR IN ACCORDANCE WITH WHAT I HAD PURCHASED. THEY EVENTUALLY COLLECTED AND THEN REPLACED WITH A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT BAR! I ONCE AGAIN TOLD THEM TO COLLECT AND REPLACE WITH THE CORRECT BAR! THEY AGAIN COLLECTED AFTER ALMOST A MONTH HAD ELAPSED BUT FAILED TO REPLACE THE BAR WHICH I HAD PAID FOR MONTHS PREVIOUSLY!! THEN ALSO DIDN’T BOTHER TO CORRESPOND!! I HAVE NOW BEEN WAITING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS! THEY HAVE MY MONEY AND THE BAR AND THEY HAVE FAILED CORRESPOND SO I A FORCED TO ISSUE A CHARGEBACK AGAINST THEM WITH MY BANK AS A LAST RESORT!! WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!
I ALSO REQUESTED AN INVOICE ON AT LEAST 12 OCCASIONS AND THIS WAS NEVER PROVIDED!!
WHAT SORT OF A PATHETIC COMPANY THAT CAN’T FOLLOW SIMPLE GUIDELINES AND SEND OUT THE CORRECT UNDAMAGED TRAP BAR ESPECIALLY AFTER NOW SEVERAL MONTHS HAVE ELAPSED!!

safetysavers.co.uk Wrote to them to enquire about a DVR, no answer so i wrote again, almost two weeks later a reply was received, they said the unit I wanted was out of stock but they would contact me once new stock had arrived. Several months elapsed and no contact so I emailed again and then again, several more weeks have went by and no reply whatsoever. Needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere. I can’t imagine how long it would take them to deliver based upon this!
I ORDERED A BLIND WHICH I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM IT HAD TO BE 36" AND NOT ONE MM OUT, THEY CONFIRMED IT WOULD BE AND WHEN I EVENTUALLY GOT THE BLIND IT WAS MORE THAN ONE INCH TOO SHORT SO I COMPLAINED, THEY TOLD ME TO SEND IT BACK AND THEY WOULD SEND ME OUT THE CORRECT BLIND AND REFUND ME MY POSTAGE, AFTER A COUPLE OF WEEKS PAST BY I CONTACTED THEM AND THEY CAME UP WITH THE MOST PATHETIC EXCUSE THAT I HAD BEEN SENT THE CORRECT BLIND AND THEY WOULD NOT REFUND MY POSTAGE AND THAT I HAD ALSO LOST MY MONEY!!! THEY SAID THE BLIND WAS CORRECT AND AS I HAD ORDERED A 36” BLIND THEY SENT A 35” BLIND WHICH WAS THE CORRECT MEASUREMENT!!!!
IF THIS IS THE CASE WHY DID THEY CONFIRM I WOULD BE SENT A 36” BLIND??? THEY ACTUALLY CONFIRMED IT FIVE TIMES BEFORE THE PURCHASE AND THE REASON I ASKED SO MANY TIMES IS BECAUSE THEY ASKED ME TO CONFIRM EXACTLY WHAT SIZE I WANTED AFTER I HAD ALREADY SENT THEM TWO MESSAGES AND CONFIRMED IN THE PAYPAL PAYMENT THE SIZE. The blind must be 36” x at least 56” length, do not make this blind a single mm out of the measuyrement otherwise it will not fit!
I MEAN HOW CLEAR MUST YOU BE! THESE PEOPLE ARE NOTHING MORE THAN IDIOTS!! I HAVE LOST MORE THAN £40, THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED ME MY PURCHASE PRICE OR THE COST WHICH I INCURRED RETURNING THE DEFECTIVE BLIND!!
