One of the Safest Ways of Shopping on the Net
Excellent buyer protection. Most vendors are OK and exchange faulty/shoddy goods, and the few that try not to are soon sorted out by the problem resolution dept.
One unresolved fault is that of listing. It would save buyers hours of tedious unproductive work if the geographical position of "collection only" items was clearly indicated on the main list of items page.

There is an extensive range of pet supplies set at competetive prices. I still shop around though because individual bargains can be found everywhere. In this case the individual bargain for a single 15kg bag of Arden Grange dry dog food was to be found at Pet Supermarket.
Delivery was fast, free, and hassle free. It would have been more convenient though if parcel tracking could have narrowed down delivery to an am/pm slot, as although my neighbours are very obliging, I do not like asking them to take delivery of bulky items.
