Terrible customer service when the car couldn't be locked externally. I was told to leave the car even though it couldn't be locked. When I asked if I would be responsible for the car if it was stolen the person said, I can't tell you that. Then he changed his mind and told me to wait by the car until it closed even though it was the heaviest downpour of rain we'd had in months, which after 10 minutes it still didn't close. He then told me to wait in the car until recovery came - but said that could take up to two hours!!!! Come on, now. Then he said he'd call back and then had a solution that I go home and someone would come and pick up the key in a couple of hours. FIVE hours later someone turned up, oh and then 15 minutes later someone else called to say they were on their way to pick it up - previous person shouldn't have come. A complete customer service nightmare - and apart from a good start, I would not recommend the stress and anxiety of handing this car back, to anyone.
