Better off putting an ad in the paper
This company! Will rip you off at every step of the way. You pay money to post the ad for you item, then when you sell it they take another 10% then whats left of the money gets stored in your paypal account. Paypal which of course ebay owns then takes another cut of you money when you try to transfer it into you account. In total about 25-30% of the sale of you item is taken by them, more than the government takes in tax for a new item. Also it only takes one prat on the other end to claim they never received the item you posted out and they you have to refund it all back.

Quick and easy
I processed my order online, the next day the bag to send the phones in had turned up, then within 2 days the money was in my account. Easy.
