Order placed - delivery date passes - get contacted about delay in shipment - again delivery date passes - i cancel the order (they are very difficult to communicate with) - still no refund over 2 months later
I'm not sure what's going on here but it appears to be a very small operation, possibly just David Catherall, working out of residential premises (on the website the address is 9 Thirlmere Avenue, Wellsted Street, Hull, HU3 3AX. - which you can find on street view).
And from my experience it would seem they are trying to con people through misinformation and by being difficult to contact.
Perhaps they/he hopes people will forget to check to see if the refund ever comes in.
