We ordered Hill's Science Plan for our Labrador at 25% less than our high street retailers regular price, and were able to choose a variety that we had seen before. A great result as the dog loves it! It arrived quickly - the next day in fact, which was sooner than we expected. If there was a problem that was the only one, as we did not have a clear estimate of the delivery day and the courier service only specified 7.30am to 5.30pm for its arrival. The website was straightforward enough and easy to use too.
