Complete joke company, lies and incompetence. waste of time

I ordered some UGG boots 5 days before christmas and was guaranteed christmas eve delivery at the very latest. I even telephoned them before placing the order to confirm this in absolute detail.

1 day after the order my order was showing as in transit and therefore thought all was fine. I telephoned them on the 23rd and they confirmed it had been despatched and would be with me on the 24th. On christmas eve i telephoned them to ask for a UPS tracking number and they said they couldnt give me one as due to sheer volumes pre christmas the UPS system was overrun. They said however they could guarantee it was out for delivery and would deffinately be with me by the end of the day having checked with their despatch manager.

I telephoned UPS and spoke to a very helpful guy who told me there were no deliveries for my address in any shape or form. I phoned rubbersole back and they again guaranteed me id have my delivery christmas eve,

I didn't believe them however as it was now 2pm christmas eve so i had to rush into town and buy replacements. To add insult to injury late on christmas eve i received a despatch email from them clearly showing the uggs had only been despatch 5 days after ordering!!

So basically everything they had told me right from pre order all the way through was lies, at best due to incompetence and at worst due to deliberately trying to be deceitful.

This experience has been a complete joke and waste of my time and i am awaiting a refund. would never use again

Hello Paul,

You had called us several times about this. I do see that your order was placed on the 20th December in the afternoon. Your parcel should normally have been despatched on the 21st December to be delivered no later than the 24th December with our UPS Express shipping. However, your parcel was only shipped out from the warehouse on the 24th December for reasons which are unknown to us at the call centre, which means that you had received it on the 27th December.

I do apologise for the inconvenience caused. We had advised you to refuse the parcel and you had contacted us to let us know that you had refused it so we have issued a full refund. The funds will be back on the bank account that placed the order in 3-4 business days without any further delay.
