I'm very pleased with First Utility. The reviews seem very extreme in comparison to my experience. My bills have been lower every time than my last provider and they haven't been a problem in any respect. I'm delighted I only pay for what I use rather than having an uphill fight each month to try and recover my overpaid balance. I was nearly £400 in credit over gas and electric when I moved from NPower and they drove me mad. I'm really happy with First Utility. No complaints so far!
