They do not deliver as promised then claim you weren't in to sign for the parcel, even though their vehicles are tracked and could tell if they had attempted to deliver. So this must be company policies to blame the customer rather than admit they couldnt deliver on time!!!!
Have arranged for a delivery tomorrow, would like to say re- arranged but know one tried to deliver the first time!!
Let's see if it comes, watch this space.............
