Thank you for the feedback. We're very sorry you've not had a great experience but were pleased to hear when we called today to check if it had arrived that the items arrived safely all be it rather slower than expected.
We do try to offer a great service and whilst we achieve a fabulously high rating from our customers the odd hiccup does happen with the delivery and we've taken action to try and rectify that immediately.
