Orcalogic always has stock and delivers very quickly
I have used Orcalogic for all my memory purchase for a number of years. I have never had an out-of-stock when I needed something. Orders are processed promptly and sent by 1st class post. Often I have the item next day. Only once can I recall a problem with a module which they replaced immediately without question. I would strongly recommend orcalogic.
3000rpm
purchased online to beat queue but had to queue for 15 mins to collect.
I needed an adsl router in a hurry for a customer of mine. I confirmed on the phone that 3000rpm had one in stock, then went online, selected the product and paid for it. I printed out the invoice and drove to the store. There was a queue of customers in front of me. I went to the stores entry and asked if I could have the product I had paid for but was told I had to queue. I had to wait 15 minutes to be served. The only time saved was the time it would have taken to pay with my credit card at the counter. Not a good service.

very sorry to hear this, it could have been a mix up but i have emailed you
as instructed when do warehouse collection and you would have been emailed to say its ready for collection - we tell you to come to collection area and press the button on left for queue jumper, this alerts warehouse staff member who is dedicated for orders already packed to come and get your order ready for you right away
if was busy and you were at back of queue and did not press bell then the staff members would not know this and would need to stand in queue like regular person
but 15 mins sounds a much much longer time than normal if could let us know date and time you were down we will check our cctv cameras for this
