Thank you for your email, I am very sorry to hear you think our communications is not acceptable and I can only pass on our apologies. However we did email you on the 20th June and again on the 27th June to advise that your order for planters had been delayed. The 27th June advised the new anticipated date of arrival as the 27th July which is still as far as we are aware correct. We dont appear to have received any further communication from you except a call on the 11th July which confirmed the items were due to arrive with us on the 27th July. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do to rectify this for you.
