Favourite family grocer
Salisburys is my family's favourite grocery place. One gets all varieties of groceries and good quality products. Best in organic choices and fresh bakery products. I love "fast tract" checking out option {Brentwood] that no other supermarket offers [Waitrose's do not come close for ease of use]. Once I had to wait too long (Basildon) and manager did not pay attention to my complaint so deducting one star.

Pound is a pound is a pound
My favourite shop to first look for household items. Why pay more when you get same quality product cheaper. Often I have been surprised by high quality products that pound shop sells.
Waitrose
Top in cleanliness and tidiness
Amongst the supermarkets Waitrose has the tidiest and cleanes look. No other supermarket comes close to Waitrose on aesthetic appearance. It is myth to believe that one can not get value for money at Waitrose. Quality is an important indicator that goes hand in hand with the price.
T Mobile
Best coverage for mobile phones
Having lived in places where other services (O2, Orange, Vodafone) struggle to keep up coverage, T Mobile had never never disappointed me. It's coverage is really "universal" and sound clearest. There are no costly charges to get these excellence.
Easyjet
Best amongst budget airline
Easy jet is my favourite amongst budget airlines. Clarity of charges, ease of booking and efficient passenger handling makes this airline my favourite.Bonus is other offers of hotel, car hire and airport transfer services.
Orange
Greedy broadband and mobile company
My family uses broad band package [with unlimited phone] and three mobile phones and we pay lot every month. Orange has never taken initiative to offer us a family package that would save us money on use of mobile phones. Instead we end up spending large amount of money on orange mobile phones and home mobile phones. Never again I will subscribe to orange.
Asda
ASDA is good for bargains but need to improve the look
ASDA is good for bargain as well as quality products but something about the store lay out is not right. Most ASDA stores look dark and dirty and cluttered. I wonder if they can brighten up their shops little bit and tidy the shelves.
Argos
First catalogue shopping and on line and still the best
Argos had shown the way for catalogue and on line shopping to others. They staff training ensures that their staff are amongst the best in all aspects. The experience of shopping at Argos makes you always go back to them. Keep it up.
Tesco
Great on line shopping experience
fully satisfied with in store and on line shopping. The staff are great, polite and friendly. Reserving and purchasing items on line is one of my best experiences at Tesco [Mayflower, Basildon].
Amazon
Great shopping experience.
I have had great experience shopping at AMAZON. Buying new, old, return all makes it lovely experience. Recently I have seen some negative publicity against Amazon which I have not yet investigated as a result I have taken one star out of my rating. I may change this if satisfied after the result of my searches.

I wonder if I would ever live without Facebook. It has given me a sense of belonging in this world and improved my relations with friends and relatives. Was not sure of Time line but having used, I love it, its an excellent way to track your life and changes that you go through. Versatility of the site to pick and choose make it more fun and personal messaging in indispensable joy.
Google is always great.
I have always been impressed with the precision of search with such a high speed out put for general and image searches. The map direction coupled with street view ensures that I reach right place on right time even when my SatNav is playing up.
Ryanair
Poor customer relation
The pleasure of purchasing cheaper ticket evaporated when I faced very poor customer relation that Ryanair showed when I had a difficult situation of missed flight [due to Ryanair;s fault of not having enough staff at checking desks during peak holiday period]. I was forced to pay very high cost of alternative flight as my holidays were booked at the other end.
Ebay
Best way to shop new and used items with confidence
Having used eBay for most of my shopping needs I am so pleased. Beside savings me money, agony of travelling and finding items in shops, it suite my philosophy of recycling and reuse to save planet earth. The way eBay operates and control the exchange gives full confidence that majority of people are honest and truthful in listing items. Pleasure of "on line auction and bidding" is also a unique experience that I loved.

Excellent internet payment service
Easy to use, yet secure payments on line. Never had a mistake in use over 300 times in past two years. I feel so confident and assured in using this service. Thanks.
