Very fast , excellent customer service, my favorite way of buying online. I just wish every website had paypal checkout.

Customer service is excellent, however the fees they cut for items sold is way too high.

awful customer service

The delivery of my items took absolute ages, once I had received them the skater dress I bought had a hole in it. When I made the customer service people aware of this they agreed to offer me an exchange, however, once I'd sent the dress I was told that the dress was out of stock and instead they were going to refund the amount. As if that wasn't bad enough, it's been more than a week and no sign of a refund. Will never shop from boohoo.com ever again.
