Lost my "next day" parcel, told twice it would be delivered the next day, waited in for the two days, still no parcel. Calls not returned...
Apparently they "cross labelled" it... Where do all these missing parcels go? one can only speculate.
Told if they chased all lost parcels they would get nothing done..!
Lost my goods and charged me for it, wasted days of my time calling them and waiting for deliveries that never arrive.
They are apparently in financial difficulty, with service like this there is no need to ask why.
A month of misery and still not over..... It doesn't get worse than this service - my next step is the small claims court.
Pay double the price, use anyone else, walk and collect your parcel,
Throw your parcel in a skip, Just do yourself a favour and don't use them - you'll thank yourself.
