Ryanair ought to stick to flying paying passengers to their purchased destinations not trying to sell scratchcards, inferior unwanted goods etc. Be honest and upfront and don't try to hide additional charges and try their hardest to catch you. Their stastistics about on-time arrival percentages are quite frankly doctored - they either lie about or mis-state late arrival times ( even when not always their fault!) . One recent example of a flight I was meeting ( 22nd June) was that it had not even arrived at the departure airport in West Ireland before the scheduled landing time of its' onward flight to Bristol - yet the passengers got the fanfare for another on-time/early arrival.
