Worst customer service ever!

I waited a long time for my delivery although customer service informed me that it was already sent (in their own homepage it said "awaiting dispatch")! When i wrote customer service for the third time, they did not answer any of my questions, but just said that they could cancel my order! The customer service is really non-existing!!!
