ordered some wedding day and evening invitations, came and marriage was mispelt, a slight typo error and apparantly they dont read what they are going to print! cause you think they would have noticed and done a nice thing by asking us are you sure this is what you want, if they had pointed out the mistake (which you think they would) they could have said oops slight mistake and corrected for us. But they just printed and said its our fault and want to charge all over again, even when the evening invites were not the colour we requested!
When we contacted them by phone customer service were really unhelpful, and couldnt seem to make their minds up on whether they did read the proofs or not? which you think they would to help people find mistakes like that? honestly thought that would be part of the service regardless of if you typed them yourself, were not professionals and they are supposed to be?
