I ordered two lamps and only received one.no email notification of delay, I found out when the order arrived.then i contacted them and they apologised saying the order would be on its way soon and 3 weeks later still no lamp. My emails are now being ignored. Tried the customer service number multiple times and have only ever gotten an answering machine. To make matters worse I've since found the lamp I'm waiting on cheaper elsewhere. Nightmare. I just want information on my order and for someone to get back to me. I was billed a month ago!
