Jeg bestilte en køkkenmaskine, og fik den til den lovede tid. Den medfølgende blenderkande havde dog et plasticlåg der nærmest var svejset fast til glasset. Jeg skrev til dem, og fik svar inden for en time om at de ville sende en ny via deres servicepartner. Deres servicepartner svigtede dog, men da jeg spurgte efter status, fik de rykket deres partner efter kanden, og den blev tilsendt kort efter.
Deres svartider i service er de nogen af de hurtigste jeg har oplevet, og de yder en rigtig god service. Har allerede anbefalet dem en gang til nogen venner.
My flight to/from San Francisco went well, and I received the level of service I would expect.
But they keep sending me newsletters, even though I keep cancelling them. As far as I know, this is illegal. Despite many automatic, and many manual requests to their customer support, I still got spam. Only after I reported them to the Danish ombudsman, they stopped.
Hipmunk adds an important feature by sorting travel itineraries by least agony (combination of price, layovers, etc.). This is really cool, and I will definitely use this site as my starting point for airtravel, as much as possible.
The interface can be confusing at times, though.
