Just Eat

Easy to use

Just eats mobile page is really easy to use when your not at a computer and has all your details saved. Really easy to order but sometimes you don't know if it is a really long delivery time until you order then your stuck. It gets 4 stars because it has previously taken my order and not sent it to the restaurant leaving me waiting with no food!

I'm happy to see you find the mobile site useful and that you are a regular customer of ours. I would also like to apologise for the inconvenience when the order was not sent to the take away.

I would like to explain the way the system works. Once an order is placed online a copy of the order is sent directly to the restaurant. This is received on a machine which they have been provided with. If for some reason the order has not printed this is either due to incorrect paper, no paper or paper inserted incorrectly. The takeaway are responsible for making sure all these requirements are met. At this point we do try and contact them if they have not yet accepted the order. Once they have accepted it does not flag up on our system. If for any other reason they have not received the order i.e. order printed but not yet accepted/rejected on machine; we will then contact the takeaway and attempt to phone the order through.

Great Savings

As I was flexible with my dates to go I found the same resort about £70 cheaper, leaving me with more spending money. Will definitely use again next year!
