Excellent service from Rob despite telephone and computer ordering system not working for over 24 hours.

Chose a blue ray from PRC and duly tried to order online .however when confirmation button was pressed nothing happened. this happened twice in 2 days. telephone contact wasn't available due to a BT problem. however my contact at ilford, Rob was sympathetic and called me back late tuesday yo confirm order and set up delivery on thursday. very pleased
