Glasses Direct if you can wait long enough
Good place to buy if you use standard prescription lenses,but getting varifocals right first time seems to be a problem.They are prepared to keep adjusting the lenses if you ask them to,but who wants to keep bouncing glasses backwards and forwards until they get them right ??? I have worn varifocals for fifteen years now and have never had a problem with the lenses being right first time before.

Unfortunately the item was to big to feel comfortable and the next size down was out of stock.The money for the item was promptly refunded to my debit card upon the return of the item.

Unfortunately, whenever glasses need to be returned to be adjusted or checked it is inconvenient for customers. We acknowledge this and try to make the process as painless as possible.
Varifocals have extra complexity, and can take a little longer to get right. This is true whether they are bought from us, or face to face from a local optician.
