Neopost / Hasler is one of the most frustrating and incompetant companies I've ever dealt with. We have been in the process for the last year and a half switching over to Pitney Bowes because of the horrible service. We are a nation wide company who utilizes postage machines for our mailing needs. Trying to cancel and return a machine with Neopost is one of the most difficult and frustrating experiences in my corporate career. It has taken up to six months at one point to return a machine and get the billing correct. At the minimum it's taken two months to return a machine after it's lease contract time has elapsed. To many departments, to many lazy customer service reps and to many incompetant employees. Go with Pitney Bowes, you won't be sorry.
