I used the text sevice to find out what time of day the suite would arrive and didn't get a text back giving me the details until one week after delivery. I think I actually sent off 2 texts (at a charge of 50p?) Wasn't worth my time to complain and get a refund, but would have thought someone was aware the system was failing. This was the only fly in the ointment. It wouldn't stop me shopping at CLS again.
