I don't normally bother with review sites. But have been a loyal customer for so many years so felt the need. On the grocery side of things I had two deliveries not turn up and then a threatening voicemail to log into my account which they had blocked. Finally an email tells me I have not paid for a delivery some 4 months earlier that was not received! No attempt to apologise to me.
On the wine delivery side of things sent a wrong case to my parents which was worth four times my order then told them to take it into a store urgently . it was supposed to be a surprise! Took them three weeks to collect it and no apolopy at all. Shocking all round. Customer services nil.
Disappointed now use marks and Spencer.
