[Update: issue has since been resolved to my satisfaction by iFlorist] Originally poor service - flowers not delivered.

UPDATE: FRI 12/10/12:
This matter has been resolved professionally & courteously by Emma at iFlorist and very much to my satisfaction. I am hoping that my experience was just a one-off here. I have amended my star rating accordingly to reflect the after-sales experience, which by the way, was very good, and competently handled by iFlorist representative, Emma - thank you for that. Here's looking forward to some good business and customer satisfaction in the future!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Terrible company. Flowers did not arrive on time - meant to arrive on Fri 5/10. They didn't arrive. I then have to chase THEM up. They said that they would be delivered on the 10th Oct! What good is that?!!!! And they offered me a measly £10 credit voucher, that I would then have to redeem with them with a future order. NO WAY!!! The flowers cost me £75(!) the very least they could do is get the delivery date right! That is the key to their business.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Interflora are the one to go with.

I have sent them an email asking for my money back, as what point is there in receiving the flowers over 3 days late???

Terrible company - and they should be doing everything in their power to rectify the situation and restore some faith in their business with a customer. But they are not. And that speaks volumes about the shoddiness of their approach and the low value they put on customer satisfaction, and that they are content to waste the customer's money.

Use at your peril. And I am gutted that I didn't come here first and read the (very few) comments posted as I would have stayed away and not have to deal with a company that has such an unprofessional manner.

In one word: APPALLING !!!

Terrible customer service. Zero protection for customer (I got ripped off by a 'seller' to the tune of £150 and there's nothing I can do about it!). Advise to stay away from this website as there's nothing in place if the transaction goes wrong. Better off with eBay etc. My worst online buying experience - BAR NONE!
