Service as it should be.
Appliances onlines web site is easy to use, with full product description and competitive pricing. Selecting a delivery date, we were kept informed of progress by SMS and emails, on the day of delivery we received a text and a phone call telling us the time span that we could expect our delivery and a phone call from the delivery guys 30mins before the delivery was made. Our appliance was placed in the location required and the old item removed.
This was our second use of this company and we have been pleased with the service on both occasions.
