No refund

I too have been waiting for a refund for over 3 months. I contact them regularly am kept on hold and then they promise to sort it,
I sent two ill fitting items back. It cost me £4 in postage. Both items were the same make "Denim Industry" I ordered a large and an extra large. The large was bigger than the extra large but both still too small. Although im fairly big Im not massive. I would never use them aagain and advise anyone else to steer well clear
