impossible to change a return date with this company.

We cannot recommend Ferrysavers because they are not helpful when you need to amend your booking for any reasons.

We are naturally very sorry to hear that you feel this way and that your booking experience was not what you expected on this occasion.

Having spoken to our customer support team we understand that you phoned them and two members of the team advised you to amend your booking before the departure date. If you had confirmed your plans to amend your booking, our team would have notified P&O Ferries. However you insisted we did not amend your booking, and this is why the booking was lost.

We sincerely believe we tried to help you in every way possible. Our thousands of weekly customers are normally very happy with any interaction they have with us, however, we do take your criticism very seriously and can only offer our fullest apologies that you feel we let you down on this occasion.

there is a malicious intent

they try to pretend it is a british company but it is spanish.
they say your items will be delivered in 4 days ; it is a liar because we are waiting for 15 days and our parcel is not delivered.

Avoid this company !

We have never pretended being a British company. Our address and legal mentions are clearly stated on every page of our website and if the website is translated in several languages, it is only because we sell worldwide.
As for your parcel, it has been sent on July 11 but for some reasons, the shipping company sent it back to us. I am going to contact you to see with you if your address is accurate and fix the situation.
