Excellent service

We were actually returning to the site after having purchased a tent last year, we had a fault with the tent leaking!! Outdoor World came and collected the tent and sent it on to the manufacturer, they then replaced the tent with a new one once the manufacturer had inspected it. We were invited to re-visit the site and choose our prefered tent as the original was no longer available. I really can't find any fault with the way the claim was treated and the speed of turnaround, I would recommend this site and am sure to return when we require further equipment.
