I am writing to you as a very unhappy and dissatisfied customer. Today is our anniversary and I have order this to give my wife a nice surprise but to the shame the flower you guys send was in a very bad shape, it definitely looked very old flowers. It was not a nice feeling when my wife received the flowers at her workplace. I am very disappointed as a new customer to you guys.
