Waste of space DO NOT use citylink.

This company is so bad i wouldn't use them if my life depended on it. They dont deliver parcels and the drivers pretend they have called at your address and left a calling card which they haven't. Even when tracked and its says parcel on van doesn't guarantee its going to arrive! On the second so called attempt my signature was forged by the driver at 1.15pm and my parcel actually arrived at 8pm. Needless to say i wasn't happy!

Very efficient and will always use from now on!

The instructions was very easy to follow from placing your sale to the payment going into your bank. Mazuma let you know every step of the way with emails from when they recieve phone, the checks and payment release. Payment is on the same day so your sale is dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I will definatley sell my phone with mazuma each time i have one for recyling. Service second to none!
