The company attempted delivery to my address twice. I emailed DPD - no reply. I tried to ring DPD to give more accurate instructions to the delivery driver - most of the automated phone options suggested contacting the sender. When I finally got through to the correct department I was left on hold for over 10 mins on 2 occasions before finally giving up. Atrocious service - other companies are much better.
Website needs updating but functions well.
Packing and shipping was very quick. Parcelforce could not find my address for 2 delivery attempts, but their customer service was very good at conveying my instructions for a successful 3rd delivery.
Packaging was flimsy - thankfully no damage to goods inside.
Overall however a pretty good service.
