Order was Late now Voucher i ordered will not work

the order was late, they said sorry for this and given me a 5% off next order but it could not be used with other vouchers, in this order i ordered a £25 voucher for the next time i order but now its time to order again and this £25 voucher does not work, i tried emailing them and phoning them, no answers on the phone and no reply by email
