Confusion over my order

Some confusion over my order, but sorted out in the end after I phoned them.
Upgraded delivery to make up for inconvenience many thanks.
This is the second time I have purchased from PRC, the first time without a hitch.
But the second time not so good? I think a computer glitch may have caused the error,
So I will use them again but I'll keep a close eye on the order and check all is okay.
