Shame about the delivery service

Inital service was excellent from Farnham cycles and bag was dispatched really quickly. Unfortunately I was out when the package was delivered and it had to be signed for, so they planned to deliver the following day but no time given. There was no way of talking to the company to find out an approx delivery time - not even a morning or afternoon and I had commitments which meant I couldn't stay in all day. So I had to wait another 4 days until I knew I would be in. I could have picked it up from the delivery company's depot but that is 30 miles away from where I live and I do not have a car to go and collect it. If I hadn't been able to plan a day at home for delivery then it would have to be sent back to Farnham cycles.
Not a problem with the service from the shop just the delivery company!
