Too frequently staff are too busy to deal with customers. Can be rude and ignorant. Complaints to head office are acknowledged but situation remains the same. Last time I asked if there was someone who could talk to me I was told " Lots of staff haven't turned in today so there isn't anyone available!". Previous occassion I complained about waiting and suggested I could go elsewhere I was told, "yeah, whatever!" Should be a good shop but staff deparately need customer relation courses!
I ordered the wrong size! I requested exact size not recess. I consider myself to be a reasonably intelligent person so if I got it wrong how many others have done the same. When I contacted the help desk they didn't really want to know! She suggested - order it again and we will give you a 25% reduction.
So, I cut 5mm off the head rail and rebuilt it myself. I have ordered some adjustable hangers from an Ebay company and I will retrieve the situation. What a shame 247 Blinds couldn't have been more helpfull when I needed it most!
