I emailed to ask about new stock as the item I wanted was out of stock, had an almost immediate reply, they emailed as soon as the item was available and once I'd ordered it, it arrived within 24 hours.

Oh, and a fab Rab Genesis sleeping bag at a fabulous price. Couldn't ask for more.

Added 05/08/2012: having just spent 2 weeks with my new sleeping bag, I can say I was lovely and warm. An excellent buy :o)

Hope you've had enough breaks in the weather to enjoy your Genesis bag, for Rab's first attempt at a synthetic-filled they're pretty nifty!
