I placed an order with Missguided quite a while back and should have learnt my lesson but didn’t. Originally when I placed the order with them, the package didn’t show up and I literally waited MONTHS for a refund! This time I placed an order because I received an email about the free next day delivery they were offering. After placing the order they sent me an email saying that my order had been flagged as high risk and requested i.d and proof of address which I then scanned over. I received an email the next day saying that my transaction had flagged as high risk. At this point, I was not impressed! I had previously placed an order with them using the same payment card and it was fine. Then on top of that why waste my time getting me to email my personal details e.g. i.d etc. if you were going to cancel the order any way!!. I spent about £100 and I have no clothes to show for it because of Missguded's negligence. I now have to wait to be refunded for an order they were never going to deliver! I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!! SHAMBLES
