Staff in store were very helpful and not over-pushy whilst we were browsing. Ordering was straight forward, despite a small glitch. Things went downhill when we were approaching our delivery day. The online system suddenly started counting up the days rather than down. When we rang customer services they had no explanation, said the goods were in stock they would ring again tomorrow. This never happened. Ended up having to go to the store myself. Arranged delivery (and they were very accommodating on times, due to me being heavily pregnant). Delivery guys were brilliant and very friendly. Goods arrived within timeslot, but the footstool was missing, again for no reason except it had been 'left off the order'. Again was promised a call back. Again this never happened. When rang again was told the person I spoke to yesterday was off today, so nothing had been done about it. Re-arranged delivery and had to wait nearly another week for footstool to arrive. All goods just what we hoped for now we have them.
