I received the initial delivery date and when it arrived the delivery guys were unable to get the 3 seater through the internal door. They were unable to take the door of its hinges as both their electric drills had no power, as a result my new sofa and cuddle chair (which didnt make it off the delivery wagon that day) went back. Arrangements were made by customer services (at first he wanted to add a delivery charge, which I refused to pay) for delivery to be made on a second date, this time the delivery guys had a fully operational drill. My new suite made it into my lounge with ease, product care advise was given and a complimentary call from customer services received. It was worth the extra wait as I love my new suite.
