BAD COMPANY DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE - I bought the full bathroom suite (no hidden extras needed it said). The toilet has a manufacturers fault which means you cannot secure the cistern part to the wall on both sides. The bath panels don't fit. The rim of the bath started flaking not long after fitting making it look ragged. They tried to blame this on not using correct fittings which is funny since the suite included the fittings (which my fitter did use).
The bath had a 5 year guarantee money back guarantee so I called bath shop 321. I have to say I have never spoken to such awkward people in my life. They informed me of my options. I could either have another bath sent out and return the damaged one or I could have a refund and return the bath (leaving me with no bath). I believed the right thing to do would be to give a full refund and let me keep the damaged bath to replace at a time when I can afford it or to have another one of their baths if they paid for fitting. Both of my suggestions were turned down. I have now gone to citizens advice who informed me that I am entitled to claim for a new bath to be fitted making the claim under consequential damages. Bath shop 321 also tried to say that they were not obliged to adhere to Sale of Goods Act 1979 and instead were regulated by the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (citizens advice also said this is rubbish).
So all in all Bad delivery, cheap and faulty products, passing the buck, accepting no responsibility, disregarding the law, Lying, hanging up on you when you call to complain - if this sounds like the kind of company you would like to use then go ahead, if not GO TO B N Q.
Also just to mention my grandmother bought the same bath and has exactly the same problem so not a 1 off.

Thank you for your review of Bathshop321. It is clear that your experience was not what you expected. However, we have taken every action possible to support your bathroom installation. It would appear that this may be an issue with the installation and not Bathshop321.

It is prudent to point out that we have exhausted every possible support option and it is important to highlight that when receiving any product from the internet, please inspect the goods prior to installing them. We have 100% faith in our products and the products that are manufactured for us. This is why we enlisted the manufacturer to visit the installation and inspect the item in this instance. That inspection highlighted installation issues and not any issue with the product.
