Too Greedy!
Provide a good efficient service but their charges are FAR TOO HIGH for what they do!
As with Ebay their parent company they are an absolute monopoly which is the only reason they get away with it!

Rip off Sellers & Buyers, Rip off Ebay!
Ebay takes FAR TOO MUCH commission for themselves! The amount borders on extortion in my opinion!
The only reason they get away with it is because they are an absolute monopoly!
This is reflected in the fact that they now own PayPal!
which are another company that rip off sellers because they are also an absolute monopoly!
And when there are problems (and there ARE problems) the process for complaint or refund is so difficult the last time I was ripped off by £15 I didnt even bother trying to get my money back!
Its just not worth the hassle for £15.
Guilty until proven innocent is their motto! And believe me its not easy to prove your innocence!
